Aquilea melatonin twin pack containing 120 vegan banana-flavoured gummies. Each Aquilea On Balance Sleep gummy contains melatonin, Sensoril® ashwagandha, vitamin B6 and hemp seed oil. Taking two gummies before bed helps you drift off to sleep, and the two bottles together provide a 60-night supply.
Aquilea On Balance Sleep comprises two jars of 60 vegan banana-flavoured gummies. This twin-jar pack contains 120 gummies, providing 60 daily doses. It is designed for adults who struggle to sleep and wish to incorporate a gummy into their evening routine.
Two gummies provide 1.95 mg of melatonin, 125 mg of Sensoril® ashwagandha, 5 mg of hemp seed oil and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6, equivalent to 100% of the NRV. Melatonin helps reduce the time taken to fall asleep; its beneficial effect is achieved with 1 mg taken shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Take 2 gummies together shortly before going to bed and stick to the same amount every night. Do not double the dose by opening the second jar. Store the product in a dry place, away from sunlight and at a temperature below 25 °C.
These gummies are vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. They are recommended only for adults aged 18 and over. Each individual pack contains approximately a 30-day supply when taken as directed.
Do not take this supplement whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. Stick to the daily dose and bear in mind that an excess of polyols may have a laxative effect. If you are taking anticoagulants, central nervous system depressants or other medicines, consult a healthcare professional beforehand. Keep the jars out of the reach of children.
