A food supplement containing vitamin B12, methylcellulose and silica, available in capsule form. Its formula combines methylcellulose fibre with vitamin B12 and silica, in a convenient form that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine.
Each capsule provides 450 mg of methylcellulose, 50 mg of silica and 0.5 µg of vitamin B12, equivalent to 40% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
It is designed to be taken before main meals, always with plenty of water to ensure the contents reach the stomach properly.

Bulking agent: methylcellulose, bovine gelatine (capsule shell), anti-caking agent: silica, bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Take 1 capsule half an hour before breakfast and 1 capsule half an hour before lunch, always with plenty of water.
Pack containing 100 capsules of 600 mg.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
